Arclynx Take the AI audit

AI automation for real estate agents, wired into Follow Up Boss, BoldTrail and your transaction platform

We build AI automations that answer Zillow and Realtor.com leads in minutes, keep the CRM clean, track contingency deadlines from the signed contract and keep past clients in touch. Built on the major model APIs, connected through official APIs, running in accounts your brokerage owns.

  • Portal leads answered and routed by your team's rules
  • Inspection, appraisal and financing deadlines tracked from the contract
  • Texts sent only with documented consent

Where a real estate team's pipeline leaks

Paid leads go cold in an hour

A Zillow or Realtor.com lead lands at 8:40 p.m. The agent on rotation is at a listing appointment. By morning the buyer has heard from two other agents.

The CRM turns into a junk drawer

Duplicate contacts from three portals, stages nobody updates and smart lists that pull the wrong people. Agents stop trusting it and go back to their own spreadsheets.

Contract dates live in someone's head

The inspection objection deadline, appraisal contingency and loan approval date are buried in the purchase agreement, and one coordinator tracks dozens of files in a spreadsheet.

What we automate for real estate teams

Your CRM and transaction platform stay the record. Each automation reads from them and writes back through their APIs.

Speed-to-lead replies

New portal and website leads get a reply in minutes that references the property they asked about, then get assigned by your routing rules.

Routing and reassignment

Leads go to the right agent by area, price band or rotation, and are reassigned when nobody makes contact within your window.

CRM cleanup

Merges duplicates, corrects stages from real activity and tags leads by timeframe and intent from their own messages.

Contract-to-close timeline

Reads the executed contract and builds the contingency checklist in Dotloop, SkySlope or Brokermint, with reminders before each date.

Buyer agreement checks

Flags any buyer about to tour without a signed written buyer agreement on file, which MLS participants now need under the NAR settlement practice changes.

Past client touches

Home anniversaries, neighborhood market updates and referral check-ins drafted for each agent's approval.

Built for real estate's legal tripwires

Consent before every text

The TCPA requires prior express written consent for many marketing texts, and portal leads do not always carry it. Each contact's consent source is stored and checked before a text goes out.

No steering in automated replies

Under the Fair Housing Act, nudging buyers toward or away from areas based on protected characteristics is steering. Replies stick to listing facts and never describe who lives somewhere.

Referral messages kept clean

RESPA Section 8 prohibits kickbacks and unearned fees for referring settlement services. The automation shares only the lender and title options your broker approves and never ties a referral to payment.

Wire fraud warnings built in

Every closing-stage message tells clients to verify wiring instructions by calling the title company at a known number. The automation never sends wiring details itself.

Common questions

Does this work with Follow Up Boss?

Yes. Follow Up Boss has an open API and webhooks, so leads, notes, tasks and stages can be read and updated directly, including Zillow leads that already flow into it.

What about BoldTrail, Lofty or Sierra Interactive?

Each offers API access, with differences in what can be written back. Where a field cannot be updated through the API, we create a task for the agent instead of guessing.

Can AI handle buyer agreements?

It can check whether one is signed before a tour and remind the agent. It never drafts terms or negotiates compensation. The agent and broker set those.

Will automated texts expose us under the TCPA?

We design around it: texts go only to contacts with recorded consent, inside your quiet hours, with opt-outs honored right away. Your counsel makes the final call on consent language.

How do you keep listing copy and replies Fair Housing safe?

Copy is checked for phrases that state a preference about who should live somewhere, and a person approves every listing description. Replies describe the property, not the people nearby.

Is this for teams and brokerages or solo agents?

Teams and brokerages fit best, because lead volume and file count make the build pay back. A solo agent with heavy portal spend can still benefit from speed-to-lead.

Take the AI audit
  1. Pull six months of lead history

We export leads, sources, first-response times and outcomes from your CRM to see exactly where they go cold.

  2. Agree routing and consent rules

Your team lead signs off on rotation, reassignment windows, which leads can be texted and what each message says.

  3. Replies drafted, agents approve

For the first weeks every reply goes out only after an agent or ISA approves it, and we measure their edits.

  4. Hand off and tune monthly

Approved categories send on their own. Each month we review missed leads, new lead sources and CRM changes.
