An AI implementation consultant that builds, not just advises
For businesses with an AI idea that never left the pilot, or a tool that was bought and barely used. We get one project into daily use: the data cleaned up, integrations to your existing systems built, staff trained, and results measured against a baseline taken before launch.
- Baseline measured before anything changes
- Integrations on official APIs, exports where none exist
- Rollout planned around the people doing the work
Why AI projects stall between demo and daily use
The data is not where the demo assumed
Customer records are split across a CRM, a spreadsheet and QuickBooks Desktop, full of duplicates and blank fields. The pilot ran on a clean sample.
Security questions arrive late
Someone asks who can see the data, where prompts are stored and how access is revoked, and the project pauses for months.
Staff route around it
The tool lives in a separate tab, adds a step and has no clear owner, so people drift back to the old way within weeks.
AI implementation services, end to end
The unglamorous work that decides whether an AI project survives contact with your business.
Baseline and success measure
Before building, we time the current process and count errors on a sample, so success is a number agreed in advance rather than an impression.
Data readiness
Deduplicating contacts, fixing field mappings and agreeing a source of truth for each record type, so the AI is not reading three versions of one customer.
AI integration with existing systems
Built through official APIs such as Microsoft Graph, Salesforce REST, NetSuite SuiteTalk and QuickBooks Online. QuickBooks Desktop and older on-premise tools usually need the vendor's connector or scheduled exports.
Security review pack
A short document for your IT lead, MSP or cyber insurer: data flows, where prompts and logs are stored, provider retention terms, access controls and how to revoke keys.
Rollout inside existing tools
Output lands where people already work, such as a Teams message, a HubSpot task or an Outlook draft, with a short guide and a named internal champion.
Post-launch measurement
Usage, approval rates and the baseline metric are tracked monthly, so you can see whether the project is paying back or needs changing.
Implementations we take on
CRM cleanup plus sales agents
Duplicate-free records first, then agents that keep them current.
Finance document processing
Bills and receipts read and staged in the accounting system.
Help desk rollout
Triage and drafting added to the help desk agents already use.
Custom agent deployment
An engineered agent moved from test set to daily use.
Construction document control
Submittals, RFIs and change orders filed and tracked.
Insurance renewal prep
Renewal files assembled from the agency management system.
What makes an implementation stick
Adoption is part of the scope
The job is done when staff use it daily, not when code is deployed. Training and an internal champion are planned from the start.
Security answers before they are asked
Your IT lead or MSP gets the data flow, retention terms and access list up front, which is where most stalled projects get stuck.
Honest about legacy systems
If a tool has no usable API, we say so and design around exports or the vendor's connector rather than promising a live sync.
Judged against your own baseline
Results are compared with numbers taken before launch, so the call to expand or stop rests on evidence.
“He got me 9 sales in my first 7 days of launching our campaign, which exceeded my expectations!”
Common questions
What does an AI implementation consultant do?
Takes an AI project from idea or pilot to daily use: chooses the process, prepares the data, builds the integrations, trains staff and measures results against a baseline.
How is implementation different from AI strategy consulting?
Strategy decides what to do. Implementation is the build, the data cleanup, the security answers and the rollout. We do both, but many clients arrive with the strategy already settled.
Can you fix an AI pilot that stalled?
Usually. We review what was built and whether data, integration or adoption is the real blocker. Sometimes the fix is small; sometimes the honest answer is to pick a different process.
Can you integrate with QuickBooks Desktop or other on-premise software?
QuickBooks Desktop has no cloud API like QuickBooks Online; it connects through Intuit's Web Connector or SDK on a machine running the software. Other on-premise tools are similar. We assess each and use exports where a live link is not practical.
Our MSP handles IT. How do you work with them?
We send them the security review pack early, ask for scoped service accounts instead of admin access, and agree who rotates keys and revokes access.
How do we know the implementation worked?
By the metric agreed before launch, such as minutes per order, first response time or error rate, measured the same way before and after.
Find the project worth implementing first
Take the 2-minute AI audit and see which project is most likely to survive rollout in your business.
- Time the job as it runs today
We sit with the people doing it, measure how long it takes and where it goes wrong, and agree the target with you.
- Clean the records it depends on
Duplicates, missing fields and conflicting sources are fixed or ruled out before the build, so bad data is not blamed on the AI.
- Launch with one team for a month
One team uses it on live work while we watch adoption, remove friction and answer IT and security questions as they come.
- Roll out and report against baseline
Other teams join once the first uses it daily. Each month we report the agreed metric next to the original baseline.
