Arclynx Take the AI audit

AI automation for manufacturers that reads the RFQs, POs and vendor paperwork your front office is buried in

For job shops, machine shops, fabricators and contract manufacturers whose estimators, inside sales and buyers spend the day retyping. We build AI that reads drawings, customer POs and vendor acknowledgments, checks them against your ERP, from Epicor Kinetic and NetSuite to JobBOSS² and E2 Shop, and stages the work for your people to approve.

  • RFQ packages summarized with material, finish and tolerances
  • Customer POs compared line by line to the quote
  • Vendor confirmations and late shipments tracked daily

Where a shop's office hours disappear

Estimators read before they can quote

An RFQ arrives with a 40-page PDF drawing set, a STEP file, a material spec and a note about anodize. Half the estimator's day is spent finding the revision letter and the tightest GD&T callout.

Customer POs don't match the quote

The PO says rev C when you quoted rev B, the unit price came from last year's quote and the ship date ignores your lead time. Someone has to catch that before it hits the floor.

Buyers chase vendors by phone and email

Bar stock, castings and outside processing all have promised dates. Nobody knows a heat treat lot is late until the job is waiting for it.

What we automate for manufacturers

Custom code on the major model APIs, connected to your ERP and inbox through official APIs, or through exports where a shop system has no open API. People approve prices, orders and POs.

RFQ package reading

Drawings, STEP files and spec sheets are summarized into part number, revision, material, finish, quantity breaks and critical tolerances for the estimator.

PO-to-quote checks

Incoming customer POs are compared with the quote for price, revision, quantity, terms and ship date, and mismatches are flagged before order entry.

Sales order staging

Clean POs are drafted as sales orders in your ERP, including blanket releases, for inside sales to review and release.

Purchase requisitions from MRP

Reorder points and job demand become draft vendor POs with the right supplier and price, waiting for a buyer's approval.

Vendor follow-up

Missing acknowledgments, changed dates and overdue shipments are caught daily, with chase emails drafted to the supplier.

Controlled-data routing

Drawings marked ITAR or CUI are detected and kept out of any system your export or security lead hasn't cleared.

Built for shops with real quality and export obligations

ITAR and CMMC shape the design

Export-controlled technical data and CUI can't go to just any cloud service. We design so controlled files are detected and routed only to systems your export and security leads approve, and they make the call.

Revision control is the first check

ISO 9001 and AS9100 document control means the revision you quote, order and build must agree. Every check starts with the rev letter.

People own price and commitments

No quote price, sales order or vendor PO is sent without an estimator, salesperson or buyer approving it.

Works with the ERP you have

We connect to Epicor, NetSuite, SAP Business One, Acumatica, JobBOSS², E2 Shop, ProShop, Global Shop Solutions, Plex or QuickBooks without asking you to switch, and maintain the connections monthly.

Common questions

What can AI automation do for a manufacturer?

It reads the paperwork that slows your office: RFQ drawing packages, customer POs and revisions, vendor acknowledgments and invoices. It checks them against your ERP and stages quotes, sales orders and POs for your people to approve.

Can it read our drawings and STEP files?

It reads title blocks, notes, revision tables and callouts on PDF drawings, and part data from STEP files. It summarizes. Your estimator still judges manufacturability and price.

We do defense work. Can drawings go to an AI model?

ITAR-marked drawings and CUI need special handling. We design the automation to detect those markings and keep the files out of any model or service your export and security leads haven't approved. They decide what's allowed.

Our ERP is JobBOSS² on a local server. Can you work with it?

Usually, through scheduled exports or an approved read-only database view where the API doesn't cover what's needed. We confirm the route before any build.

Will it help with ISO 9001 or AS9100 audits?

It keeps a dated record of which revision was quoted, ordered and purchased against, which supports document control. It doesn't certify anything; your quality manager owns the system.

Do our larger customers' EDI orders fit in?

Yes. EDI 850 purchase orders from your EDI provider can run through the same checks as emailed POs, with 855 acknowledgments drafted for approval.

Take the AI audit
  1. Pull a month of RFQs, POs and vendor emails

We look at what actually arrives, how long each type sits and where errors creep in, then choose the workflow with the fastest payback.

  2. Check what your ERP lets us read and write

Some systems offer full APIs, others need scheduled exports or an approved database view. We confirm the route before promising a build.

  3. Stage work beside your people

The automation prepares summaries, checks and drafts while estimators, inside sales and buyers keep deciding. We fix whatever it gets wrong.

  4. Release more steps as accuracy holds

Repeat customers and routine reorders can move faster once trusted. Every month we review exceptions and update the rules in your accounts.
