Arclynx Take the AI audit

AI automation for peptide companies that ties every order to its lot, its COA and its paper trail

For research peptide sellers running Shopify, WooCommerce or BigCommerce on a high-risk merchant account. We build the back-office automations that hold suspect orders, match each vial to a tested lot, answer the help desk from real data and catch human-use language before it publishes.

  • Each shipment traced to a lot with a matching third-party COA
  • Chargeback and fraud signals reviewed before labels print
  • Product copy screened for claims your counsel has ruled out

Why peptide operations break under volume

Your processor can drop you over a few bad weeks

High-risk acquirers watch dispute and fraud ratios closely, and card network programs such as Visa VAMP and Mastercard's Excessive Chargeback Merchant program flag sellers once those ratios climb. A few friendly-fraud orders shipped without a second look can cost the account.

Lots, COAs and orders live in three places

HPLC and mass spec reports from the lab sit in a shared drive, lot numbers live in a spreadsheet and the store knows neither. When a customer asks for the certificate for their vial, someone digs.

Copy written in a hurry invites scrutiny

FDA has published warning letters to online peptide sellers whose sites and social posts implied human use despite research-use-only labels. One product description, Klaviyo email or support macro that drifts that way can undo the label.

What we automate for peptide sellers

Custom code on the major model APIs, wired into your store, shipping and help desk through their official APIs. These systems handle orders, documents and messages. They never describe uses, benefits, dosing or effects of any product.

Order hold queue

New orders are scored against your rules: billing and shipping mismatch, freight forwarder addresses, large first orders, prior disputes. Suspect orders wait for a person.

Lot-to-COA matching

Each line item is allocated to a lot that has a lab report on file. A lot with no COA, or a COA whose lot number doesn't match, is blocked from sale.

Checkout attestation records

The age and research-use checkbox a buyer ticked is saved with the order and timestamp, so the record is there when a processor or dispute asks for it.

Help desk drafts from order data

Gorgias, Zendesk or Help Scout tickets about tracking, missing items or certificates get drafts built from the order and lot. Product questions are routed to staff untouched.

Claim-language screening

Product pages, Klaviyo campaigns, ad drafts and macros are compared against your banned-term and banned-pattern list, with flags sent to your reviewer.

Dispute evidence packets

When a chargeback lands, the order, attestation, ShipStation tracking, delivery scan and customer emails are gathered into one packet for your team to submit.

Where peptide companies usually begin

Order processing

Holds, lot allocation, COA-linked packing slips and cold-pack routing.

Customer support

Tracking, reship and certificate requests answered from live order data.

Compliance review

Pages, emails and ads screened against the claim policy your counsel sets.

AI agents

Named agents for holds, lot checks, disputes and copy screening.

Storefront and shipping data

Shopify, WooCommerce and BigCommerce orders plus ShipStation shipments, read and written through official APIs.

Help desk and email

Gorgias, Zendesk, Help Scout and Klaviyo connected so replies and campaigns share one lot record.

Built for a category under a microscope

We automate operations, not product talk

Nothing we build explains what a compound does or how to use it. Those messages go to a person on your team with a response your company has approved.

Designed around research-use-only labeling

Copy that implies human use can undercut an RUO label and draw FTC Act Section 5 or FDA attention. We build the screening around that risk, and your counsel makes the call on what changes.

Evidence your acquirer will ask for

Holds, attestations, lots, COAs sent and approvals are logged per order, so a processor review or dispute starts from documents.

Clean records, never workarounds

We will not help disguise products, descriptors or traffic from processors, ad platforms or regulators. The code, logs and model accounts sit in your company's name.

Common questions

What can AI automation do for a peptide company?

It handles the back office: holding suspect orders, allocating lots, attaching the right COA, answering tracking and certificate tickets, assembling chargeback evidence and screening copy. People approve anything that carries risk.

Will it help us keep our high-risk merchant account?

It can help you catch risky orders before they ship and answer disputes with complete evidence, which is what acquirers look at. It cannot guarantee any account outcome, and it will never be used to mask what you sell.

Can it tell customers how to use a product?

No. Questions about use, dosing or effects are never answered by the automation. They are routed to staff, who reply with language your company has approved.

Does this make our site FDA or FTC compliant?

No software can promise that and we do not give legal advice. We flag language against the policy your counsel writes, and your counsel or compliance lead decides what is published.

Our COAs are PDFs from two different labs. Is that a problem?

No. We read the lab PDFs, pull the lot number, test date, HPLC purity and mass spec result, and store them against the lot. Mismatched or missing lot numbers get flagged for a person.

Do ad platform and marketplace rules factor in?

Yes. Google, Meta and the big marketplaces restrict or prohibit many peptide listings. We add their published policy terms to your screening list so drafts are flagged before submission, not after a rejection.

  1. Pull 90 days of orders, disputes and tickets

We look at which orders turned into chargebacks, which tickets took longest and where lot records go missing, and choose the one workflow with the clearest payoff.

  2. Write the hold rules and banned-claim list with you

Your team and counsel decide what gets held and what language is off limits. We turn those decisions into rules the system follows, not the other way around.

  3. Shadow the queue before it acts

For the first stretch the automation only suggests: holds, lot picks and drafts sit beside your staff's real decisions so you can compare.

  4. Hand over approvals gradually, review monthly

As accuracy holds, low-risk steps run on their own. Every month we check holds, misses and new SKUs and adjust the rules in accounts your company owns.
