AI agents for sales that qualify, follow up and keep your CRM current
We build AI agents for sales teams that take the admin around selling: qualifying inbound leads, logging calls to the CRM, drafting follow-ups from the last conversation and flagging deals that have gone quiet. Reps approve what goes to buyers and keep the relationships.
- Inbound leads qualified against your criteria in minutes
- Call notes and next steps written to the CRM
- Follow-ups drafted for the rep to approve
Why reps sell less than they should
CRM entry happens Friday, or never
Calls and emails get logged in a rush at week's end, so stages and close dates are guesses and the forecast is fiction.
Quotes go out and nobody chases
A proposal is sent, the buyer goes quiet and the rep is busy with new deals. Half-warm opportunities quietly expire.
Hot inbound waits behind cold
A buyer who asked for pricing sits in the same queue as low-fit form fills because nobody sorted them.
Sales agents we build
Each works inside your CRM, inbox and calendar, and writes back what it did.
Inbound qualification
Checks each new lead against your fit criteria (company size, industry, need, timing), looks for an existing account in the CRM, and routes or books the good ones.
Call and meeting notes
Reads the transcript from Zoom, Teams or Gong, writes a summary with next steps, and proposes updates to stage, amount and close date for the rep to confirm.
Follow-up drafting
Drafts the next email from the last conversation and the deal history, straight into the rep's Gmail or Outlook drafts folder.
Stalled deal alerts
Flags deals with no activity inside your window, a close date in the past or no decision maker on record, with a suggested next step.
Quote chasing
Tracks sent proposals and quotes and prepares polite nudges on a cadence the rep sets, stopping the moment the buyer replies.
Pre-meeting briefs
Before each call, a one-page brief built from CRM history, past emails, open support tickets and the prospect's own website.
Sales work an agent takes on
Speed-to-lead response
Inbound inquiries answered while the buyer is still looking.

Quote requests read and drafted for estimators to price.
Insurance quote intake
Prospect and exposure details gathered before quoting.
HVAC replacement estimates
Open system replacement quotes followed up on schedule.
Real estate CRM upkeep
Contacts, stages and showing notes kept current.
Closed-lost revival
Old opportunities reviewed each quarter for a reason to reach back out.
Built for how sales outreach is regulated
Cold email that follows CAN-SPAM
CAN-SPAM covers business-to-business email too. Every automated send keeps a valid postal address and opt-out, and opt-outs sync back to the CRM.
Inbox provider sender rules
Since 2024, Gmail and Yahoo require bulk senders to authenticate their domains, offer easy unsubscribes and keep spam complaints low. We keep per-rep volume modest and protect your main domain.
Texts checked for consent
The TCPA and Do Not Call rules restrict automated texts to consumers. The agent drafts email by default and only touches texting where your consent records and counsel allow it.
No scraping that breaks platform terms
LinkedIn's User Agreement prohibits bots and scraping. We work from your CRM, inbox and licensed data providers, not automated LinkedIn activity that could get rep accounts restricted.
“He got me 9 sales in my first 7 days of launching our campaign, which exceeded my expectations!”
Common questions
What is an AI sales agent?
Software that does the admin around selling, such as qualifying leads, logging calls, drafting follow-ups and watching the pipeline, inside your CRM and inbox, with reps approving what buyers see.
Will AI agents for sales replace my reps?
No. They remove the data entry and chasing that keep reps from selling. Relationships, pricing decisions and negotiation stay with people.
How is this different from Salesforce Agentforce or HubSpot's built-in AI?
Those work well inside their own platform and are worth trying first if you live there. A custom agent makes sense when the work spans the CRM plus your quoting tool, ERP, inbox and call recordings.
Does it work with Salesforce Professional Edition?
Salesforce limits API access by edition, and Professional Edition generally needs API access added. We check your edition early. HubSpot, Pipedrive and Zoho CRM connect through their standard APIs.
Can it send cold outreach on its own?
We advise against it. The agent can research and draft, but reps send, which protects your domain reputation and keeps a person accountable for every message.
Is our customer data safe with an AI sales agent?
The agent runs in your cloud account with a CRM user scoped to the objects it needs. Model calls go through business API accounts that exclude your data from training by default, and logs show every record it read or changed.
Give your reps their selling time back
Take the 2-minute AI audit to see which sales agent would pay back first in your pipeline.
- Read last quarter's won and lost deals
Emails, notes and stage history from real deals show what qualified looks like for you and how your reps write.
- Write to drafts, not to buyers
The agent fills Gmail or Outlook drafts and proposes CRM field changes. Reps accept or fix each one in the early weeks.
- Let field updates post on their own
Once reps stop correcting CRM updates, those go automatic. Emails to buyers stay rep-approved unless you decide otherwise.
- Check forecast accuracy monthly
We compare stages and close dates against what actually happened and tune the agent where it drifts.
