Client reporting automation that drafts every monthly report straight from the platform APIs
For agencies where the first week of the month goes to exports. Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, GA4 and Search Console data is pulled per client, written into your template, and paired with commentary an account manager checks before it sends.
- Pulled from the APIs, not CSV exports
- Tracking breaks caught before they read as bad results
- White-label reports under your agency's brand
Why report week runs long
Five platforms, five ideas of a conversion
Google Ads conversions, Meta results and GA4 key events never agree, and every month someone explains the gap to a client all over again.
Commentary is the bottleneck
Dashboards refresh themselves. The paragraph explaining why CPA rose does not, and it has to be written for 20 clients in three days.
A broken tag reads as a bad month
A site update drops the conversion tag, results crater, and the report goes out blaming the campaign.
What our client reporting automation produces
Built on the major model APIs and each ad platform's official API. Drafts go to the account manager, never straight to a client.
Per-client data pulls
Spend, clicks, conversions and revenue from Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, plus GA4 and Search Console, pulled on schedule under your agency's access.
Template fill
Numbers flow into your Looker Studio data sources, Google Slides, or your AgencyAnalytics or Whatagraph setup, in the layout each client already knows.
Draft commentary
A short narrative of what changed, the likely cause and next month's plan, written from the data and the notes your team keeps in ClickUp or Asana.
Tracking sanity checks
Before drafting, conversion counts are compared to prior periods and to platform-versus-GA4 ratios, and sudden drops are flagged as possible tracking faults.
Account manager review
Each report waits in a queue with the source number beside every claim, and goes out only when the AM approves it.
White-label delivery
Approved reports are sent from your domain under your brand, on the day each client expects them.
Data sources and their limits
Google Ads
Pulled through the Google Ads API with your manager account and developer token. Your token's access level sets daily operation limits, which the pulls are designed around.
Meta Ads Manager
Insights come through the Marketing API from ad accounts shared to your Business Manager, paced to stay within Meta's rate limits.
GA4 and Search Console
The GA4 Data API meters each property with token quotas, so pulls are batched and cached instead of run on every refresh.
LinkedIn Ads
LinkedIn requires approved access to its advertising API, which we apply for under your agency's own developer app.
Reporting agents
An agent that drafts and checks reports as data lands.
Beyond reporting
Automate the work around the report as well.
Reports you can put your name on
Every sentence traces to a number
Draft commentary cites the metric and date range it relies on, so the AM can check a claim in seconds instead of rerunning the report.
No scraped dashboards
Data comes through official APIs under access the client granted your agency, never shared client logins, which is what platform terms expect.
Client data walled off
Each client runs in its own job with its own credentials and notes, so one brand's figures never surface in another's report.
Ready for API retirements
Google and Meta retire API versions on a schedule and rename metrics. We track those changes monthly so reports do not break on the first of the month.
“He got me 9 sales in my first 7 days of launching our campaign, which exceeded my expectations!”
Common questions
What is client reporting automation?
Software that pulls each client's data from the ad and analytics platforms, fills your report template, checks for tracking problems and drafts commentary for an account manager to approve and send.
Why not just use Looker Studio connectors?
Connectors give you charts. They do not catch a tracking break, reconcile Meta with GA4 or write the commentary. Google's own connectors also cover Google products only, so Meta usually needs a third-party connector.
Can the commentary be wrong?
Yes, which is why an AM approves each one. Drafts cite the numbers behind every claim and call out anything uncertain, such as an attribution change or a tracking drop.
Will it hit Google Ads or GA4 API limits?
Not when it is built around them. We batch requests, cache daily data, and stay within your developer token's access level and each property's quota.
Can clients see our brand only?
Yes. Reports, emails and shared dashboards carry your agency's name and domain.
Does it work for SEO and social retainers?
Yes. Search Console, GA4 and organic social insights where each platform's API exposes them. Rank tracking tools are pulled through their APIs or scheduled exports.
Take report week off your calendar
Take the 2-minute AI audit to see how much reporting time your agency could win back.
- Collect last month's reports
We take five recent client reports and mark which numbers, charts and sentences took the longest.
- Settle one definition per metric
For each client we write down what counts as a conversion and which platform is the source of truth, so drafts stop contradicting themselves.
- Shadow one month-end
Automated drafts are built beside your manual ones for a handful of clients, and the AM compares the two.
- Take over month-end, watch the APIs
The roster moves over, and each month we handle API version changes, quota errors and newly signed accounts.
